I didn't realize i was buying just a box twice, I thought i was getting the pin in the listing 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
I did not order 2 empty boxes!!! False advertising and I requested a refund but you refused to answer my emails! I ordered what was pictured and that was 2 lapel pins, why would anyone want to buy empty boxes? And right here in your advertisement you clearly state that NO boxes will be sold without ordering lapel pins!!! Now how do you explain that you sent me 2 empty boxes?????
Larry, you did in fact order 2 empty boxes!!!
The boxes are a special packaging option - hence the $2.50 price when all of our lapel pins start at $9.95 and the prodect name of 'Liberty Red Lapel Pin Gift Box'.
We did respond to your email and informed you that we would issue a refund if you sent the product back to us, which you have not done.
We are updating the product page to make this even more obvious than it already is.
I purchased this pin for my niece and she loved it.
